Information & Guidelines
To help you get a clear understanding of the information and guidelines listed on this page, please remember...our park is small. Therefore, the Clubhouse includes the Front Desk, Laundry, Bath/Shower Rooms, Gathering Areas, T.V.s, and a screened in Porch, located in the center of the park.
Our goal is to make you feel at home, safe and secure, with our staff always on the ready, to attend to your every need.
CLUBHOUSE HOURS: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
FRONT DESK: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Should you need help or assistance during the time the Front Desk is closed, please call the phone number posted at the Front Desk. (YOUR CALL IS NOT A BOTHER, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.)
CHECK-IN: Any time space is available
CHECK-OUT: 12:00 NOON
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - During hours not designated as "QUIET HOURS", the playing of music, at any location while in the park, at a level bothersome by park management, or other guest, is not permitted, this includes the volume of your music in your vehicle.
TENTING: Not permitted.
Camp Fires/Fire Rings: Not permitted
VEHICLES: The speed limit in the park is 10 mph. One (1) RV and two (2) vehicles allowed per site. Loud exhaust pipes, or the reving of loud engines, is not permitted. (Washing vehicles is permitted for $5.00 per vehicle.) Vehicle maintenance, such as changing oil or tuning up engine are strictly prohibited.
CLOTHESLINES: Not permitted
PETS: All pets must be accompanied by their owner and on a leash when not inside the RV. All pet waste must be picked-up.
GUEST: All guest should be registered at the Front Desk. Our rates are based on two people, therefore, should you have guest staying with you, limit of 4 guest please, then each guest will incur a $2.00 per day charge. The behavior of guests visiting any RVer, is the responsibility of the registered RVer.
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: The consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Please do not walk around the park with alcoholic beverages. Also, disorderly, drunken behavior will not be tolerated.
GARBAGE: Please place garbage in the dumpster, daily. Outside garbage containers used of over-night storage of garbage are strictly prohibited. (If meat or fish remains are part of your garbage, please wrap them in plastic.)
KEEPING UP APPEARANCES: Please keep your RV site clean at all times. The wearing of clothing considered offensive by any race, religion, sex, or national origin is not permitted. "Sagging" is strictly prohibited.
ATVs: Not permitted
