If you build it, they will come.
First, and foremost, sites are ready!
- Each site has 50 / 30 / 20 amp connections
- Each site has Sewer hook-ups
- Each site has Water hook-up
- Each site has Cable hook-up
Sites have a line stone pad for your RV, measuring 12 feet wide and between 40 and 45 feet long. In front of the line stone pad is approximately 10 to 15 feet of asphault, which spans the width of the pad, as well as, the patio. The patios are 9 to 10 feet wide and 40 feet long.
Some sites have pic-nic tables. And we are continually adding more.
The club house, though still being built, is functional with a kitchen, dining tables, sitting areas, gathering room, screened-in patio, men's bathroom and shower (1), women's bathroom and shower (1), the office/check-in/check-out desk, and a coin laundry.
